Para-11 of the constitution of Bangladesh Awami Jubo League says:
If 151( One hundred and fifty one) Bangladeshi youth citizen living in any country outside Bangladesh obtain membership of Bangladesh Awami Jubo League, then like the district committee , a branch committee consisting of 71 (seventy one) members can be formed in that country. This committee will enjoy the status of District Committee. The Chairman and General Secretary can increase and decrease the number of members of this committee subject to the approval in the next Executive Committee meeting on special consideration considering the number of Awami Jubo League members living in the concerned country, environment and keeping an eye to the necessity of the expatriates.
Under this Para-11, UK Awami Jubo League has been formed. Here the structure of a District Unit which has been written at Para-10 of the Constitution.
